Now opening 7 days a week Jonathon Caswell and Alex Reid are now in their 4th year as the driving forces behind Tides. The restaurant continues to move forward following the rebranding to Tides Steakhouse & Grill in July 2009. In May 2010 Jon and Alex added an upstairs function room to the restaurant, with its own bar, the room is available for booking for private functions during the daytime as well as the evening, it is also used as another seating area when the downstairs restaurant is full. Jon has produced a range of set and buffet menus for parties using the room.
Tides have also introduced a Takeaway service and a new Light Lunch menu, both menus are available on the website. The Steakhouse & Grill menu is updated regularly and offers steaks, burgers and hot dogs to your own specifications as well as a wide choice of alternatives including ribs, fish and some exciting vegetarian choices. With the emphasis at Tides on family dining there is also a separate children’s menu of nachos, a main course, dessert and a drink for the price of £4.95. Finally why not try one of our new cocktails whilst you are there.
