Carpaccio of cured venison loin with pickled juniper red cabbage, pureed beetroot, horse radish dressing & rocket

Trio of locally smoked fish, brandon roast smoked salmon with a watercress dressing & poached quails egg, smoked prawns with a glenmorangie marie rose & smoked mackerel pate on toasted brioche

Main

Braised roulade of norfolk turkey stuffed with sage  &  onion duxelle & Confit gressingham duck leg, roast potatoes, baby onions, chestnuts & roast gravy

Accompanied by seasonal winter vegetables

Roasted Turbot on the bone, salsify, wilted spinach & langoustine, king scallop & brancaster mussel broth
