Char grilled sirloin steaks caramelised chicory, vine cherry tomatoes, salsa verde, green salad & pink fur potatoes drizzled with olive oil, sea salt & lemon zest.

Dessert

Raspberry tiramisu with poached peaches in vanilla & peach snapps coulis
