Traditional paella, free range chicken, artichoke, fresh peas & saffron served with a tomato & basil salad
      
Main Course
Spanish cod, roasted cod on chorizo, peppers, spanish onion, garlic, potato & paprika stew     

Dessert
Apple tart, thinly sliced & pureed apples on puff pastry with green apple sorbert & drizzled with calvodos
